Mitzi is an avid reader who turned that love into her dream career as a freelance copy editor. She began as a beta reader for several different Indie authors before deciding to pursue editing as a career. Mitzi has a background in the legal field and administrative assistant/secretarial positions. She has taken several English courses and she also homeschooled her daughter in first through twelfth grade. When she isn't editing, she enjoys musicals, coloring, movies, music, and stalking her favorite cover models online ;)

Marisa has worked with Mitzi as a freelance proofreader for several years. She has a love of the written word--both as a reader and as a writer. For as long as she can remember, she has always been creating--whether that be music, art, or writing--and she brings her creativity into her work. She has taken many Creative Writing, English and Psychology courses, which she believes have helped her understand more of the written word. When not reading, writing, or proofreading, you can likely find her singing, playing the ukulele or guitar, watching Supernatural, playing video games with her husband, or catching up on anime. She's been happily married to her enemy turned friend turned lover since 2016 :)
